Vallnord Pal Arinsal
Loyal to variety
Vallnord–Pal Arinsal means ski & bike. The nearest ski resort to the centre of the country, with convenient access for all the family, is set in a magical pine forest. The only ski resort in the Pyrenees that holds one world cup in the winter and another one in the summer. It offers a wide range of family, social, sporting and gastronomic activities in convenient infrastructures in an ideal setting which can be accessed at any time of year.
A unique setting for learning at the same time as enjoying nature and having fun. It is characterised by its magical forests where, as well as downhill skiing, you can do alternative activities such as ski touring or excursions with snowshoes. In the sector, there are also a large number of activities organised for children and adults such as zip-lining and a rope park, among others.
At Arinsal, you can enjoy an incredible atmosphere and first-class services, with a very active après-ski offer at the foot of the slopes. This sector has an environment that is designed for couples, young people and families. Here, the Ski Mountaineering World Cup is held and there is the snowpark.
Two ski and snowboard schools where you can learn downhill skiing and snowboarding with classes for all levels, for people who wish to start out in the world of snow through to experts who wish to improve their technique and to get to know the ski resort in depth. You can also enjoy the experience of Snowplus, the very special school for young children.
In Pal, as well as in Arinsal, there are a large number of restaurants for gourmets. The cuisine is prepared using locally-sourced ingredients, and represents yet another attraction for visitors to our facilities. Don’t miss the Coll de la Botella building and evening meals in the high mountains.
PAL ARINSAL SUMMER
Vallnord–Pal-Arinsal converts the winter ski resort into a bike park —considered the fifth best one in the world according to Redbull— and a mountain park, offering all kinds of adventures for families.
The venue for the seven world cups, 3 masters world championships and a UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Championship, this ski resort opens its packed summer calendar with the Maxivalanche in June, followed by the Mountain Bike World Cup the same month, the Girls Bike Weekend and the Mountain Passes in July, closing with the Skyrace Comapedrosa and the Catalan Mountain Bike Cup.
Not forgetting the fact that every weekend there are get-togethers of all kinds.
